The long awaited third part of Patrick Leigh Fermor’s famous trilogy that began with A Time of Gifts and Between the Woods and the Water was not published during his lifetime but Artemis Cooper and Colin Thubron have now brought it to publication and we are thrilled that they will be here to talk about it. This completes the account of the journey that Patrick Leigh Fermor made on foot across Europe from the Hook of Holland to Constantinople as an eighteen year old.
